There's also the effect of visual disturbances with sunlight chop..it
is actually proposed due west of me.
This latter can be taken care of with software giving downtime, when
critical, apparently- but the point is I rather think it a prestige
project to 'twang all the right wires' - so will need to be seen from
the motorway too.
It will surely badly affect house prices  too with or without bad
publicity.
Building further out would put connection costs up too.

The thought of more hum triggers is not a pleasant one- though I can't
see it affecting mine tbh.
Others may not feel the same however so you are wrong to assume I
generate my own hum tendency by worry.
I'm talking another example of development at any cost irrespective of
side issues- that may affect minorities.

People may be' led around' by big Gov and Big Biz  -but they
certainly
don't walk into many traps these days- especially when spending their
own hard earned..
