Haarp has all the necessary dodginess to do a lot of stuff! It doesn't add up to proof though...[Chinese quakes] I saw a Geologists' comment that years ago he used about 30 Watts of LF RF scanning to identify loads of oil well sites in the US. Made it sound dead easy too.
We hear so little of what is REALLY being done with taxes- unless it puffs up some political feathers. The 1000:1 'pump up effect 'is caused by the earths magnetic field twanging from pole to pole at the speed of light. Nice one!
