I could set my clock some nights!
Full Moon-Hard to tell as I have sleep problems most nights partly due
to BP meds messing up melatonin, I guess. But I've seen it mentioned
before.
I try not to howl ;)
On the new post thingy -start at main Hum Suifferers page and just
click on +New Post , select your own topic and fire away in the box
below -then post it.
You can edit by deleting your own post under 'more options' [after
copying text first] and doing it all over again with corrections-
there doesn't seem to be an 'easy edit' mode.
