Trev, I am using a package called Microsoft Works which includes Microsoft Works Database and Microsoft Works Spreadsheet. I can find no way of moving entries from the Database to the Spreadsheet or to export the entries to other makes of software. Microsoft Spreadsheet has tools for making graphs and pie charts but it does not have the filters for sorting out the entries.
There are some free databases on the internet but I know nothing about them.
