There's a corrollary between Non Hum hearers, Hum hearers and those who feel targeted or suffer unexplained painful episodes. My feeling to your Brandon report is- "Thankfully, I don't live there" ! So I'm just as guilty :(
This , however, is the 'normal' populations' response to the Hum, chemtrails , fluoride in water etc as they 'don't live there' in their heads, so to speak, and are just busy surviving what seems a tough enough life. Not so tough as it will be- if they keep closing their eyes to others problems, though. I'm not religious, but the old adage of 'Love one another' has been written out of the social contract of modern Big Gov, Big Biz and also Big Pharma -to name just a few. This would cover the caring attitude which, though not dead- IS pretty well dormant in a lot of areas, other than outright famines etc. which, in themselves, are often being kept going by misplaced efforts.
