If you can manage it or have a friend with one get a caravan and tow out somewhere safe for a break. It's not guaranteed to cure the problem- but fighting back is positive! We are all so fixed in one place with modern living. The natives we once were wouldn't hang around like we do- but then things have changed markedly since then- Live happy- die young... maybe not brilliant , ;) but less stressful!
