I take it then,Wow, that you don't lose the Hum when you leave an
area?
As it's so intrusive, you would have mentioned this.
Like many- you suspect Gravity Waves- and if this is the case there's
little defence against them.
Over the time I've been on this forum, not a lot of new leads have
been aired ,as such- it IS an intractable problem for sure BUT the
main thing I've got from here is the fact that one is not alone, nor
batty or psychotic in any way.
It's too common and widespread for that -and posters here are far from
stupid- or bad at seeing their situation straight on.
Removing the tag that it's not real is a big help in getting it in
perspective.
In your case, it seems like you need rather more than that.
Go steady on the hooch- it can creep into your life more than welcome,
if used to counteract negative factors that are best addressed in
other ways.
Have you tried your Environmental Health people locally? They may find
nothing but they are usually reqd to act in response to a complaint.
