I'm only glad to get simple hum + tinnitus, which is bad enough- though I live with it now. i have noticed that supplementing with Magnesium and kelp [short term] for other reasons did seem to effect it. this was reported recently by John as a technique, albeit with Calcium instead of Kelp- but I think there's something in the ear bone sensitivity issue.
