The basis of all scientific investigation is that of Measurement and yet one may search the web sites of private, government, university, journals and magazines in English and many other languages covering a period of some 40 years but you will find not one actual Measurement. You will find many references to the frequency of the Hum but these are just the opinions of those who hear the noise, they are not actual Measurements.
