Hi Pamela - WOW! Now THAT'S a story for ya! I dunno about embracing the Universe per se, but I see that Voyager 1 is about to enter Cosmic Space and that's about as close as we'll get. Big Ass plane was probably scanning for sub's around Hawaii using sonar/radar. Sonar is low-freq so, as a dBC Receptor, you would have heard it. No mystery there.
As for controlling the population with "noise" - It costs a lot of money to generate these signals. I think that "they" would soon get fed up with that. You are controlled simply by how much money you can earn versus how much money the banks can take off you. It's that simple. Monkeys - Yep, the military get up to some serious badness with monkeys. This "Hum" has many sources, all man made. If it was a natural phenomena mankind would never have made it this far. What is happening here is that Westerners have lost their skilled-worker base and are hiring foreigners to do the high-tech stuff. i.e. Indians from India. Whereas Indians are clever on paper, they are so impractical it's just not true! So everything that's going in right now gets screwed up big time - Like BPL/B-PLC is right now. Utilities are pumping this signal into power cables, you've got major phase imbalance (jitter) - Collisions + leakage. Sso "they" install phase balancing equipment wirelessly controlled (WiFimesh) operated, have to take the signal AROUND that as it's an inductor.- more leakage added to previous leaks, plus you've now got microwaves in the mix - Leaks = signal loss - So amplify the signal = reflection + Attenuation = More signal loss. Up it again.....and so on. It's a never-ending circle being controlled by a bunch of know- nothings and we're paying for it with more than just money.
