On the 2.5Hz- Yes, it's interesting that this freq is equivalent to the human heart rate under heavy stress and as the brain is receptive to ELF being the sensitive device it is, must be worrying. Even if every other cycle is picked up that is normal rate and who knows if resonance at molecular levels can grab the long wave length and cause mental disturbance? Maybe stress induction is a handy byproduct of other nefarious uses that ELF can be put to on research like Haarp,.long distance comms etc. Intuitively, it wouldn't take much to disorientate someone balance/ perception/comfort wise! I have always had Haarp high on the list of suspects for black projects- though at the same time not seen Hum as tied to upper atmospheric work, per se. This due to the persistent nature of hum, but it could trigger an increased sensitivity to LF stimulus- caused by occasional high magnitude , but unheard, episodes of such trials.
