Chris, I for one was very interested in your points about LF magnetic interactions. Being unfamiliar with the territory, I refrained from jumping in right away. I was surprised to see Vics reaction and given your background felt it an unwarranted approach. John takes quite a laid back approach to the style of others on here with a very light touch- so from this I would not infer acceptance of bad manners etc- purely that posters here can make up their own minds. I disagree with Vic on the totals clain that BPL is all -and think the forum benefits from keeping an open mind on matters both old and new. I hope you will continue to post and ignore bad practice. It's not academia here, that's true- but most people are genuinely interested in sorting the hum problem out and your input is welcome. .
