Hi there, I've been hearing the Hum 24/7 for almost a year. Recently I noticed if when taking a bath, I lower my ears completely underwater, it blocks the Hum.
I still hear other noises--a radio in the next room, people walking in the house, my breathing and heartbeat--but the Hum goes away. I've done it at quiet times too, in case other noises are the blocking agent, but even in the dead of night the Hum goes away when my ears are underwater. Please test this--it just takes a minute--and let us all know what you find. If it holds true each time, what can that tell us about the nature of the Hum?
