I would suggest that where you think you are getting ' subliminal suggestions' and 'lucid dreams' from, is purely down to lack of decent sleep after a week of being bombarded with the hum.
I myself on a bad week of high vibration of the hum up through my pillow, which can get by my countermeasures, has me being most relieved when it has finished, to get a decent nights sleep and the realistic dreams produced have been better/weirder/crazier than 3D at the cinema :D. Seriously, when the hum is getting into your body via the brain and the nervous system, then your body and brain is prevented in replenishing your energy by the morning, due to lack of rem sleep.
