Hello, Ive been hearing it since 2012 and I hear it everywhere in Ireland inside buildings and outside. In rural and urban areas. I have contacted the Department of the Environment etc.
Its 00.20am and Im playing white noise to mask the hum. Has hearing the Hum affected your life?
