dear all i have made a 50 minute cut down version of 'ram ke naam' which barring any last minute obstacle, will be aired on headlines news, tonite (22 sept) at 10 pm and tomoro nite at 9 pm and a possible 3rd screening sometime after the judgment on the babri masjid on the 24th.
as you know the film was made prior to the demolition of the babri masjid in 1992. it was suppressed at the time and telecast on doordarshan only after the bombay high court ordered them to do so in 1997. since that time till today i failed to get any tv in india to air it.
