The Democratic Youth Federation pf India (DYFI) initiated a huge Protest Petition against the Victimisation of Human Rights Defender Teesta Setalvad< Javed anand, Tanveer Jafri and Others by the Gujarat Police through filing of false and fabricated FIRs.. Several individuals and Organisations joined the protest that took place at 4.30 p.m. today outside Dadar Station (east). Fr Frazer Mascarenhas, Principal St Xaviers College, Film maker Anand Patwardhan, AIDWA leader Sonya Gill, Trade Unionist Milind Ranade, activists Ram Punyani, Geeta Seshu participated.
