On the 8th of September, 2013 the People's Union for Civil Liberties, Rajasthan organised a day long meeting on trying to understand the reality about Gujarat's Development. We invited Prof Hemant Shah, Head of the Department, HK Arts College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Manan from Anhad Gujarat and Eminent activist Teesta Setalvad, who had just come out with a paper on this.
