[hwloc-users] hwloc_topology_set_pid() and hwloc_get_cpubind()

Hi,

I would have expected, that after I set the pid for the topology, that
the cpuset returned by hwloc_get_cpubind() is that of the
aforementioned pid, not the 'current' pid 0.
