I have the same problem with ubuntu 14.04.2 (fully patched) using the 3.13.0-58 and hwloc-1.11.0:
* hwloc 1.11.0 has encountered what looks like an error from the operating system. * * L3 (cpuset 0x000003f0) intersects with NUMANode (P#0 cpuset 0x0000003f) without inclusion! * Error occurred in topology.c line 983 Here's the output of ./hwloc-gather-topology attached. Anyone know if Ake Sandgren submitted a bug report with ubuntu? URL? If not I can try. I don't have a 3.2 system to collect the output from, but I can use the one he attached.
