Hi Developers,
there is some type of firewall/filter that is blocking the download
of the source from the Cygwin package bot builder.

I had the same issue locally, but I was able to download using firefox,
so it seems the block is selective on the method used.
Any specific reason ?
It is a bit annoying and it kills the reason why the build bot was created.
