the microwave XT is the synth that i lust after the most (i got a kawai
k5000s and i love it deeply but i think our relationship is solid enough
that we could handle bringing a third partner in:) spooky weird noises,
stuff you can't make with anyother synth, you can do all sorts of brainiac
compuuter music sillyness with it, or you can trigger the arpeggiators and
work the knobs and all sorts of stuff in between. that'd get my vote but
then i do ambient/noise/drone type stuff. YMMV.
