It�s that simple!

The delay can be sent since it�s only MIDI-information. What it does is that
takes the original note and make copies of it that it transmits with a
specified timedelay and, number of notes and velocity.

It�s not like an audio delay that changes sound, MIDI delay change
MIDI-data. Your sampler will return a delay if it recieves the data. But be
careful, it chews up a lot of polyphony...

Another MIDI-effecttrrick is Chorus which cab be achieved by doubling a
part/track/etc and offsetting one a few milliseconds and detuning it a
little bit...
