Yes it is. As in ControllerChange, or CC. Each item has a controller parameter
number, Pitch Bend, Expression, Master Volume, Resonance etc.
Gate time is the time between sending the Note On and the Note Off. ie it
is not a parameter but requires editing the sequence (probably).
