I actually raided my old PC for the RAM.  I believe it is silver or tin pins (not gold 
AFAIK), 70ns or greater (I think mine is 60ns),
regular or EDO (mine is EDO) [I don't think Fast Page RAM is supported], and has to 
being in pairs of 2 of the same type.  I.E.  2 32MB RAM SIMMS, EDO, 60ns.  Hope this 
helps.  You can use 4MB, 8MB, 16MB, or 32MB SIMMS in pairs for a total of 12MB, 20MB, 
36MB, or 68MB overall (with 4MB built in).  Oh, also 72 pins simms and I believe 
non-parity type.  See appendix in SU700 manual to get the skinny on exact info for RAM 
type for SU700.
