Mine are getting loose as well... some alot worse then others.
I find I have to push a little harder on certain buttons too when muting
and unmuting tracks. This machine doesn't like to take any abuse.
I haven't asked Yamaha about replacement knobs etc though. I emailed them
about the O/S upgrade, and it took them 2 weeks to reply saying I probably
don't need it. Nothing about what it actually fixes or how to go about
obtaining and installing it.
Anyways, I'm cranky this morning so maybe I shouldn't do anymore talking :)
