(I took the Logic group out of the CC)

Okay, this is good news.

I want to write Patterns in Logic and export them to the Rm1x. Once they
are on the Rm1x, then I can switch between them on the fly, mix, jam, have
fun.

What's the best way to get the Rm1x to record several tracks
simultaneously?

Also, is there an optimal way to arrange my Logic song so that the tracks
lay across the Rm1x tracks well? Say I have 4 tracks in Logic that are
all channel 10 (a kick, a snare, hats, and a tom for example). Will that
spread across four tracks (10-13?) in the Rm1x or will it group to channel
10?

To record, I want to set sync to Clock on the Rm1x and press record. This
puts it in a "wait" mode. Then I want to make sure that Logic is
transmitting Clock and press Play in Logic. Right?

Will this work in Pattern Mode? Say I want to dump PatternA.LSO from
Logic to the Rm1x. I tried this once with Cakewalk and only the channel
that was selected on the Rm1x actually recorded. I seem to remember a
discussion here a few months back that said you have to record in Song
Mode, then use a Job to convert the Song to a Pattern. Is this true?

Many thanks.
