probably compleatly unrelated, but... The guys on the wind synth list
have been replacing the rom's on their vl70m's to use custom patches.
They also have been able to replace the rom's on the plg100vl boards.
I know yammy has been moving things to a more modular approach lately.
its possible (but far fetched) that some of that info might be useful.
