Unwanted program changes

I realize I've already asked a couple pretty stupid questions, but this one is actually causing me a bit of grief.   The rm1x is sending program changes to my fs1r when I switch sections in a pattern.  I can't find anywhere in the setup that I might have selected a program for it to change to, and I know it is possible to add program changes in the event list but even so, there aren't any added there.  It is changing to program "1" on the fs1r all the time, I have no idea why.  I can turn program changes off on the fs1r so that it doesn't receive them, but I don't really want to do this because I'd like to be able to send program changes when they're actually needed.   Thanks a lot guys.
