Thanks for reply, Yes i have an serial cable and some Term output below....
by kernel erasing and writing is all ok but then :( second stage "GPE" at ~ 80 %

I really have no idea what can i do better then still trying to Reset or
Hardreset my IPAQ and wait for 30-40 min and then start flashing
again
