Hello, I am confused about the current support of Macbook Pro Retina. I have new rMBP (late 2013) - with Ubuntu installed.
Apparently only the nVidia card is recognized. I want to do CUDA development, and for CUDA debugging, the nVidia card MUST NOT be used for display, so I would like to use the integrated Intel Iris Pro for display, leaving the nVidia card free for CUDA. Is there anyone out there being able to use the Intel adapter from a rMBP (late 2013 or even older - but obviously needs to have a discrete nVidia card) ? I tried to install Bumblebee but uninstalled it right away because Ubuntu would not start. I do not need switching though, nor Optimus support, I just want to be able to force X11 to use the Intel adapter and I am not sure Bumblebee would be of any help there. Thanks for your help, Guillaume
