thanks for pointing this out..

This was improved in 0.9.4 ( no values get lost anymore), but i'm not 
happy with the implementation ( or i just don't understand the "fine" 
wheel).
My proposal: We should use a dial for the coarse value ( between -24 / 
24 ) and the fine value becomes a spin-box or something (from 0.0 to 
0.99). I suppose this is a userfriendly and intuitive solution.. Comments?
