Hi all I think I discovered a missing feature, or maybe I just can't figure out how to do what I want - Does anyone know if there's already a way to do this:
I have a pattern with a rythmic figure with a 'blib' sound. Now I import some new samples (actually, those mentioned by Sebastian here: hydrogen- music.org/forum/index.php?action=show_thread&thread=711&page=1) :-) So now I want my figure played by the 'tek' instead of the 'blib'. How? Dragging the 'tek' on top of the 'blib' in the instruments list creates a new instrument, without any notes. Off the top of my head I can think of two ways to handle this: 1. A little pop-up appears when an instrument is dropped on top of another one, giving the choice of either 'replace "blib" with "tek"' ( in my case ) or 'insert instrument "tek"'. 2. Perhaps shift+dragging from the instrument list would make the instrument 'replace' rather than 'insert', if it gets dropped on an existing instrument. See you - Jakob. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Hydrogen-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/hydrogen-devel
