Hi guys,
FYI, I've been working on the double-hit at the start of the pattern bug. I
think I've got it on the ropes... but it might be a night or two.
I can reproduce the bug like this:
* Set Hydrogen in pattern mode and program a simple pattern
that has _something_ on beat one.
* Set Hydrogen to use the JACK transport.
* Press the 'Play' button on the _Hydrogen_ transport (not
qjackctl or ardour or anything else).
Then, you'll hear a double-hit on the first beat. The extra noise appears to
be
one buffer _early_ (this is after fixing the 2-buffers-late problem... :-).
After doing a lot of readability cleanup and adding macros to disable buffer
offsets, "relocate in 2," and some other stuff -- I've got it to stop on my
machine. I'm not sure which one did the trick (or if I just got lucky).
Peace,
Gabriel
