One thing that is still missing is the support for precompiled
headers. Using precompiled headers should give us another speed
boost...I'm investing some time on it, hope to find a nice solution
before the 0.9.4 release.

There's another problem: the config.h file is regenerated everytime
the svn version change. I think sebastian in working on it...
