We could move to assembla.com if it is ok for everyone. I've tested 
their service and it would
be easy to use for us. You can set all permissions via a webinterface, 
so we could easily customize it to fit our needs.
And notifications are available, too. You could even install your own 
trac plugins.
We only have to dump the svn and trac databases and import them there.
If everybody agrees i can ask comics for the db-dumps and import them.
