FYI ---------------------------- Original Message ---------------------------- Subject: [Jack-Devel] more testers wanted From: "Paul Davis" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Thu, December 4, 2008 4:11 pm To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------------
JACK1 svn has had a lot of little tweaks to it, all believed to be innocuous or for the better. Give it your best shot. Torben has done a lot of work work on improving netjack (for those who haven't been following along, it now supports the CELT codec to permit streaming over regular DSL connections). Note: new configure option: --enable-ancient-libc which if given will add -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=600 -D_BSD_SOURCE to CFLAGS to help old systems that don't expose the PThreads r/w-lock API and other "modern stuff". Systems like ... yes, you guessed it, Debian "stable". Bless their hearts :) I *really* want to get this out as a new release ASAP. Find a hole. Go to heaven (or Las Vegas, your choice). --p _______________________________________________ Jack-Devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.jackaudio.org/listinfo.cgi/jack-devel-jackaudio.org -- G a b r i e l M B e d d i n g f i e l d ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SF.Net email is Sponsored by MIX09, March 18-20, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
