JACK1 svn has had a lot of little tweaks to it, all believed to be
innocuous or for the better. Give it your best shot. Torben has done a
lot of work work on improving netjack (for those who haven't been
following along, it now supports the CELT codec to permit streaming over
regular DSL connections).

Note: new configure option: --enable-ancient-libc which if given will
add -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=600 -D_BSD_SOURCE to CFLAGS to help old systems that
don't expose the PThreads r/w-lock API and other "modern stuff". Systems
like ... yes, you guessed it, Debian "stable". Bless their hearts :)

I *really* want to get this out as a new release ASAP. Find a hole. Go
to heaven (or Las Vegas, your choice).
