For the next hour, I am going to change <sect1> <sect2> elements to
<section> and <simplesect> elements. I'm also going to add id=""
attributes to figures and try to reference figure numbers with xrefs.
If anyone is currently working on the manual -- make sure you back up your
work before doing 'svn up'.
I expect it to take an hour.
