Hi guys,
The text_encodings branch fixes several issues having to do with non-latin
characters in files names and in H2's various file formats. It's almost
ready to be merge, just needs a couple things[1]. Some of the changes are
similar to, and possibly conflict with, the qtxml branch.[2]
What do you think about merging this to trunk for 0.9.4? We might *not*
want to because it's a pretty big patch (if I remember right)... and
might introduce a bug.
Likewise, should we consider merging qtxml? I would think not, since it's
more of a refactoring rather than fixing a known issue.

[1] - Needs "TinyXML backwards-compatability mode"
- There's a couple of minor things marked in the code
(with #warning directives) that need to be attended
to.
[2] I would, of course, be happy to help merge them. :-)
