Whenever I'm working with Hydrogen and it restarts the Audio Driver, I 
lose all the connections that I make in QJackCtl.  If I enable 
auto-connect, I still only get the the main audio outs re-connected.  If I 
had the outs connected to Ardour or some MIDI ins connected... I have to 
reconnect those by hand.

It looks like your patch will cause this behavior whenever the buffersize 
changes... but I haven't tried it yet because my working copy is tied up 
at the moment.  (Merging jack_zombies into transport_redesign_2... yikes!)
