- When changing songs with per-track outputs enabled (JACK),
Hydrogen crashes when it tries to clear out the buffers
for the per-track outputs. In JackOutput::getTrackOut_L()
the pointer track_output_ports_L[nTrack] was null, but we
still passed it to jack to get the port for that buffer.
