Hi everyone,

I've pushed my cmake branch a little bit further,

- options handling improved
- library and header checking no more only rely on pkg-config for portable
purpose
- builds and install hydrogen-static.a in ${prefix}/lib
- install hydrogen headers in ${prefix}/include/hydrogen
- version.* and config.* are move in the source tree
- everything builds out of the tree

next steps will be,

- building a shared lib instead of a static one
- remove as much dependecies as possible between the gui and the core shared lib
- write dtd for hydrogen files and look carefully at the file path and xml
handling

checked on linux boxes with cmake 2.8 only, I'll appreciate if someone could
test this on
windows and OSX and give me feedback to fix the inevitable bugs.
