i believe this was fixed in changeset 2000 for the upcoming 0.9.5 release
(there was a 'overwrite all' option added in the export window)
however, this release is currently not yet available, and will initially be
built for linux only.
it is unclear if there will be a windows version since there is no dedicated
win developer in the h2 team and building h2 for win is apparently quite
hard to do ...
so i guess for now you will have to work around this (for now), sorry :-(
