below you can find the updated todo list, but first some questions about
translations :
currently Olivier and Alexandre are working on manual/gui translations >
great stuff ! :-)
(Olivier has slaved his bpm to ours, and is translating @550BPM now ;-)
but how do we go about this ?
do we need to wait for the translations to start packaging the 0.9.5 ?
or is it possible to put the .ts and .po files on the download page?
how has this been handled previously ?
proposed new targed release date : march 4th ? (friday next week)
this gives some extra time for testing of the new forum + the translators
get some extra time
is this ok for everyone ?
Last minute remarks/requests from Morning Songs : IMHO we should stick to a
complete freeze of the 0.9.5
- changing the colour of the blocks was moved to the 0.9.6 (see

)
- the mousover on the fx send buttons is a nice enhancement, but not crucial
- a minor error in the win installer : it is a beta, so i can live with that
again : the above is just my opinion

1.1 english manual : done
1.2 intro video : done (link on new site needs updating + url to be added)
1.3 upload manual to site : done
1.4 add drumkit library download page to new site : todo (?)
1.5 copy forum from current site > new site : ongoing (site currently
locked for security changes) Sebastian/Wolke will keep us posted on the
progress
1.6 test new forum : todo (Sebastian has already listed tome test that need
to be done > more detailed list will follow)
1.7 add a 'sticky' post on the new forum that informs users of the updated
manual : todo
1.8 add 'welcome to the new site' message/story : done
1.9 add win 0.9.6-alpha1 build to the download page : done
2) translation
2.1 translation of the manual(FR) : ongoing (Olivier)
2.2 translation of the gui(RU) : ongoing (Alexandre)
3) 0.9.5 build :
3.1 copy trunk > tags 0.9.5 : hold off for translations ?
3.2 create packages for linux (ubuntu32, ubuntu64, debian .. ?)
3.3 create Mac pacages (intelmac, ppmac, different packages for
leopard/snow leopard ... ?)
4) broadcast new release + new site
4.1 write news memo : todo (thijs)
4.2 broadcast to :
- linuxaudio.org
- other ?
5) other stuff
5.1 add sticky announcement on the old forum(s) that a new site will be
launced soon and that the content of the forum (+ the users created on the
forum) will be migrated to this new site > will the users be able to keep
their login/pwd ??
5.2 there are 2 facebook group for hydrogen (

'follow us on facebook' link to the site ?
5.3 what are the options for users that visit the site to contact the
devel's ? (if they have questions about the site)

status ?
