we are getting really close !!
1) new Site / documentation
DONE :
- english manual
- intro video
- upload manual to site
- add 'welcome to the new site' message/story
- add win 0.9.6-alpha1 build to the download page
- monitoring system for site : DONE by Comix (see
http://stats.pingdom.com/1sywgm2odkf1)
TODO / ONGOING :
- add drumkit library page to new site (?)
- copy forum from current site > new site
> site is currently locked for security changes + upgrade + testing
- test new forum
> status : first tests look OK (no security/credential/user-management
issues)
> issues : - not possible to add attachements (Sebastian has a possible
sollution for this)
- some other minor things that can be fixed by adding
a note to the user
- add a 'sticky' post on the new forum that informs users of the updated
manual
- add a 'contact' link to the main page (email to devel mailing list)
- will the users be able to keep their login/pwd from the old forum ?
2) translation
- translation of the manual(FR) : DONE (partial translation by Olivier has
been checked in)
- translation of the gui(RU) : ONGOING (Alexandre. Issues with the gui have
been fixed)
3) 0.9.5 build :
- copy trunk > tags 0.9.5 : wait for Alexandre to finish the GUI translation
- create packages for linux (ubuntu32, ubuntu64, debian .. ?)
- create Mac pacages (intelmac, ppmac, different packages for leopard/snow
leopard ... ?)
4) broadcast new release + new site (wait until after the release/launch)
- write news memo : DONE
