I can confirm the method to change 'Pattern' to in my case : 'Patroon'
(of course not the tags themselves ;))
in DefaultSong.h2song.
So what can we do about that, maybe Thijs' suggestion?

In practice I never use that much patterns at start of a new project
and most off the time I don't need more.

maybe simply creating multiple DefautSong files
(DefaultSong_NL.h2song , _FR, _RU ...) and depending on the system
language one of these gets loaded ?
