Hi, I've been compiling/packaging it and testing it quickly. So far so good, I didn't see any regression/bug. If I found some, I'll be telling about. One thing I noticed is the tarball on github (tar.gz) contains a .gitignore file. Is that needed ? If not I think it should be removed when publishing the 0.9.7 official. Another thing I would like to suggest is to add a manpage (under ./linux/ , next to the desktop file) then we can ensure consistency across linux distributions. We can start from the one made for the 0.9.4 version by debian here : https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-multimedia/hydrogen.git/tree/debian/hydrogen.1 and tweak it to match the 0.9.7 version. I can do so if you agree it will be useful. Congratz to anyone involved, thanks for the patches !
