Yes, you can just stop the Hypertable service, remove the symlink, and them
start it up again.

Yes, the 0.9.3.* code base uses address proxies that get dynamically setup,
so you can install hypertable on EBS, load up a bunch of data, shut
Hypertable down cleanly and then restart Hypertable later on a different set
of machine instances.

I don't recall there being any change in the .tsv format.  You should be
able to load dumps from 0.9.2.3 into 0.9.3.1.  What was the error that you
were seeing?
