Restarting application queue I found some GC Compaction are Runnig and "Restarting application queue" always failed at a period of time Could prohibit GC at the period of low memory, and add minor task to ensure reduce the memory as soon as possible？ Could add Hypertable.RangeServer.PreMemoryLimit.Percentage?
