The singular mark in question is definitely not a dotted line. On the EDMC VL report, the diamond coincides with the line marking the years1997-2000. Then at the end of 2000 and continuing each month to the present, the diamond rises and changes each month, but definitely above the base line. I am looking at EDMC and see no
diamonds. I do see the relative strength line at the bottom slowly
rising starting in 2002. If you use the magnifying tool on Adobe the
relative strength dots do look like diamonds.
But these RS diamonds are not strong enough to bid
so I will pass. (bg)
